If you'd like a quote for certain services to be available at a flat/fixed price (for example, a new logo/brand design, a new website, bookkeeping services, or something else), we can give you a flat rate pricing quote so you don't have to worry about how many hours the project will take.

DOCTEGRITY TELEHEALTH SERVICES

Available to Clients

Empower your team with 24/7 access to telehealth via Doctegrity for as little as $20 per month (for non-client businesses) or $15-per month for our clients.  Employees, business owners, nonprofit leaders, and their families can enjoy access to licensed medical and mental health professionals, nationwide coverage, and prescription benefits for both individuals and families. Our telehealth options promote well-being, reduce downtime, and make quality care more affordable for businesses and their members.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SPONSORS: POOLED-HOURS

The Technical Assistance Pooled-Hours option is tailored for government and membership-based clients. This model allows organizations to purchase a pre-set "bucket" of hours to provide flexible support for their members. Hours can be allocated across various services as needed, eliminating the hassle of individual billing or tracking. This approach ensures easy access to professional assistance for members while simplifying administration for the organization.

These types of programs typically have three billable rates: technical assistance consulting hours ($125/hr), program administration ($100/hr), and administrative support ($85/hr).

We require an hours allocation of 20% to go toward program management and administration. For example, if you purchase 1,000 hours, you can expect that this will require 200 hours of support (100 program management hours and 100 administrative support hours.)

Software costs allocated to the program are also a factor and can range from $60-$120 per month per Launch team member assigned to the program.

The Dynamic Hourly Flexible Pricing Plan or simply the "Hourly Flex Plan" automatically adjusts your hourly rate based on the total number of hours you use each month. The more hours you use, the lower your hourly cost — giving you built-in volume savings without needing to commit to a fixed subscription or prepaid block of time.

Each month, Launch tracks your usage across all services, including business consulting, compliance, bookkeeping, HR, marketing, and more. You’ll receive a single transparent invoice reflecting the adjusted hourly rate based on your total hours. This adaptive structure ensures you always pay a fair rate for the real level of support your business uses.

In short: You get the flexibility to use any Launch service and dynamic pricing that automatically rewards higher activity.

What is Sliding Scale Pricing, and who is eligible?

Sliding Scale Pricing is available for pre-revenue startups and early-stage entrepreneurs with financial needs. Eligible clients can request a 20% discount for their first six months of services under Pay-As-You-Go, Hourly, Flex Plans, and Managed Service Plans. However, this discount does not apply to one-time services, technical assistance pools, or project-based pricing.
