Run your agency like it has an engineering department.(but without a single engineer)
Launch Industries is a small-business services agency, not a software company. In six months, working with Claude Code, we shipped 100+ real projects: a custom CRM, ten portals, four design systems, and an automation layer that runs while we sleep. This cohort is us joining your team for a year to do the same.

Shared database under it all
We got sick of software that wasn't customized for how we work. We got sick of paying for more seats at every turn. We wanted to stop renting tools, and start owning them.
Six months ago Launch looked like every other service agency: a CRM subscription here, a project tool there, proposals in docs, plans in spreadsheets, and a team gluing it together by hand.
Then we made three decisions. One database that every tool reads and writes. One design system so everything we produce comes out looking like us, instantly. And one properly trained AI sitting on top of both.
The result is a different kind of agency: one where a discovery call becomes a branded proposal the same afternoon, where reports email themselves three mornings a week, and where the owner's standards are encoded so the work holds up even when she isn't in the room.
The method
None of this works without the foundation.
The mistake agencies make with AI is treating it like a faster intern. The unlock is structural: three layers, in order. This is exactly what the cohort builds with you.
One database
A single shared database that every tool, portal, report, and automation reads from and writes to. When your data lives in one place, every new tool you build is ten times cheaper than the last.
One design system
Your brand codified into tokens, type, components, and rules that live in code. Once it exists, "make it on-brand" stops being a request to a designer and becomes a property of everything you produce.
One trained AI
Claude Code, properly trained on your agency: persistent memory, written standards, skills, and guardrails. Not prompting tricks, an operating discipline that compounds month over month.
The receipts
Real projects. Real clients. Built in-house.
Not demos, not weekend experiments. This is a sample of the working inventory of an operating agency, and we walk cohort members through any of it, live.
Design system
LIDS, our complete design system
Color tokens, a full type system, logo rules, and UI kits, all in code. Every artifact we make renders on-brand without a designer touching it.
Core platform
A custom CRM, ours, not rented
Companies, people, client plans, newsletters, and a unified communications timeline with texting and calling built in. No per-seat fees, ever.
Client portals
Ten production portals
A program-delivery portal for government contracts, a team hub, client dossiers, a cash-flow manager, dashboards, and a searchable knowledge base with its own AI librarian.
Client deliverables
Same-day branded proposals
Interactive, on-brand proposals assembled from a discovery call while the conversation is still warm, plus full transition plans and interactive planning tools clients work in live.
Automation
An agency that runs while we sleep
One form submission provisions a new client end to end. Email triages itself. Reports email themselves three mornings a week. Agreements generate and go out for signature.
Growth
Lead gen that pays for itself
A free SEO-audit tool on our website that renders a branded PDF report and files the lead into our CRM automatically, tagged and ready for follow-up.
The program
Solidly a 12-month transformation. Intensive first, independent by design.
We don't just teach this, we literally join your team for a year: in the room with you weekly through the build, on call as you take over. Group trainings plus plenty of private 1:1 sessions with just your agency, in every phase.
Phase 1 · Months 1 to 3
The intensive build
1 to 2 live sessions per week
Stand up your database, build your design system in code, train your AI properly, and ship your first client-facing deliverable on the new foundation. This is where the transformation happens, and it's why both seats commit to weekly sessions.
Phase 2 · Months 4 to 6
Momentum
Live sessions every other week
You keep shipping: more portals, deeper automations, client deliverables. Our team reviews your builds every other week and unblocks you in real time.
Phase 3 · Months 7 to 9
Independence
One live session per month
Monthly working sessions: roadmap reviews, advanced patterns, and troubleshooting. By now your AI operations lead is driving, and we're the senior engineer down the hall.
Phase 4 · Months 10 to 12
On call
As-needed support
You're operating like Launch. We stay available as needed: a question, a review, a hard problem, through the end of your year.
Full year, both seats included
$9,750
Contracted in 3-month phases. The full arc is where the transformation lives, but if you've gotten what you need, you can step off at any phase boundary. No year-long lock-in, no hard feelings: we earn every next phase. Each phase closes with a 90-minute showcase session where participants demo what they built.
Do the seat math
What does renting software cost you?
Every tool you rent charges you per seat, per month, forever. When you own your stack, that math changes permanently. Move the sliders to your numbers and see what the cohort is worth to your agency.
Our estimate: you save about 50% of this within year one as owned tools replace rented seats, net of roughly $1,200 per year in hosting for the stack you own.
Estimates only; your numbers will vary.
You're currently paying about
$14,400 / year in seats
Annual savings
$6,000
Payback
20 mo
Year 1 net (after $9,750)
-$3,750
5-year net
+$20,250
And this is only the seat math. The bigger return is the hours: same-day proposals, reports that send themselves, and an agency that runs while you sleep.
The details
Starts January 2, 2027
One cohort for 2027. Applications are open now and reviewed in the order received.
Limited to 8 businesses
Small by design, so every agency actually ships. When 8 seats are filled, applications close.
Owner + one team member
Designed as a pair: you plus your future AI operations lead. Your team can be small. Attending alone is possible, the application just asks you to tell us why.
Live on Zoom
Group sessions run 50 minutes. The first cohort session runs 90 minutes, and each phase closes with a 90-minute showcase where participants demo what they built.
$500 program deposit
If accepted, a $500 deposit holds your agency's spot in the cohort. The deposit is non-refundable.
Contracted in 3-month phases
Solidly a 12-month transformation program, but you re-commit every 90 days. If you've gotten what you need, you can step off at any phase boundary.
What you'll need
Technical requirements and the stack you'll own
Requirements
- A computer for each attendee (Mac or Windows) with permission to install software
- Reliable internet and a working webcam and mic for Zoom sessions
- A company credit card to open the accounts below (most have free tiers to start)
- Access to your domain registrar / DNS (we'll connect your tools to your domain)
- Admin access to your current tools (email, CRM, accounting) so we can connect or migrate them
- No coding experience required. Curiosity required.
The accounts you'll open
These are the tools Launch runs on, and the ones you'll graduate onto. You sign up directly and own every account from day one.
Claude
Your trained AI. This is the engine of the whole operating model.
Supabase
Your one database. Every tool you build reads and writes here.
Vercel
Hosting for your portals, tools, and websites.
GitHub
Where your code lives, versioned and recoverable.
Most of these start on free tiers, and we'll walk you through setting up each one in the first weeks of the program.
The cohort effect
Better together.
This is a cohort on purpose. Transforming how your agency operates is a difficult goal, and difficult goals go better in a room of like-minded people chasing the same thing. You're not buying a course and you're not hiring a vendor: you're joining a small, supportive community of agency owners doing the hardest, most rewarding work of their business lives, together.
A room of your peers
Eight agencies, all service businesses, all rebuilding how they operate at the same time. The people on your screen run businesses like yours, fight the same fires, and understand exactly why this work is hard. That's rare, and it changes what you're willing to attempt.
Show your work
Every phase ends with a 90-minute showcase where each agency demos what it built. You'll see seven other approaches to the same problems, steal the best ideas shamelessly, and ship better because you knew demo day was coming.
Accountability that's kind
A weekly cadence plus peers who notice when you're stuck is a different kind of motivation than a course you can quietly abandon. Nobody crosses this kind of finish line alone, and in this room, nobody has to.
A bench you keep
The relationships outlast the program: people to sanity-check a pricing decision, swap referrals with, or call when something breaks at 9pm. You leave with a network of agency owners who built what you built, because they built it beside you.
This is for you if
- You run a service agency (consulting, creative, marketing, bookkeeping, technical assistance) with a real client roster
- You have a team, even a small one, with one person ready to own this alongside you
- Your agency earns at least $100,000 per year in revenue (recommended)
- You're tired of renting ten SaaS tools that don't talk to each other
- You're willing to build, 1 to 2 sessions a week for the first three months, not just watch
This is not
- A prompt-engineering webinar or an "AI tips" newsletter in disguise
- A done-for-you dev shop: you'll build it, with our hands on yours
- A pitch to replace your people. It's how your people do the work of a team three times the size
- An information product. Everything is live, hands-on, and built on your real business
Solo operator? You can still apply, the application just asks why you're coming alone. Agency Builder may also be the better on-ramp.
How registration works
Apply
Complete the application below. It's thorough on purpose: we're selecting 8 agencies we know we can transform, and your answers are how we make that call. Applying costs nothing.
Talk with us
If your agency looks like a fit, we'll schedule a conversation with you (and ideally your chosen team member) to make sure the program, the schedule, and the goals line up.
Hold your seat
Accepted agencies hold their spot with a $500 program deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, because once your seat is held, we turn other agencies away.
8 seats · Applications open
Apply for the 2027 cohort
Starts January 2, 2027. Limited to 8 businesses. Every application is read personally.
Questions, answered
When does the program start?
The 2027 cohort starts January 2, 2027. Applications are open now, and the cohort is limited to 8 businesses.
Who attends?
Two people from your agency: the owner and one chosen team member, your future AI operations lead. Both seats attend every session and every training, because the transformation goes deeper and faster with two. If you won't have a second person joining you, you can still apply; the application asks you to tell us why.
What does it cost?
The program is contracted in four 3-month phases: $1,500 per month for months 1 to 3, $1,000 per month for months 4 to 6, $500 per month for months 7 to 9, and $250 per month for months 10 to 12. The full year, both seats included, comes to $9,750 per agency.
What is the $500 deposit?
If your application is accepted, a $500 program deposit holds your agency's spot in the cohort. The deposit is non-refundable. It exists because seats are limited to 8 and we turn other agencies away once the cohort fills.
Am I locked in for the year?
No. This is solidly a 12-month transformation program, and the full arc is where the results live. But contracting happens every 3 months, and if you've gotten what you need, you can step off at any phase boundary. No year-long lock-in, no hard feelings. We earn every next phase.
How do sessions work?
Everything is live on Zoom. Group sessions run 50 minutes. The first cohort session runs 90 minutes, and at the end of every phase there's a 90-minute closing session where participants show off what they built. On top of group sessions, there is plenty of private 1:1 working time with just your agency in every phase.
Do we need to be technical?
No. We weren't a software company either. You need an owner who knows how the agency should run and a team member willing to learn a new way of working. The program teaches the rest.
My agency is just me. Can I apply?
Yes, you can apply. The program is designed for pairs and we strongly recommend bringing a team member, but we don't turn solo applicants away. The application asks you to tell us why you won't have a second person joining, and we'll talk it through together. If you're earlier in the agency-building journey, our Agency Builder program may also be worth a look.
What's the difference between this and Agency Builder?
Agency Builder helps solo consultants and very small shops become a structured, client-focused agency: niche, offers, pricing, hiring, pipeline. The Agency Operating Cohort is for agencies that already have a team and want to rebuild how they operate, with their own database, design system, trained AI, and automation layer.
