Billing & Payment
- Client Account Maintenance Fee

- 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on any balance unpaid 7 or more days past due, accruing monthly until paid in full

Hiring a Launch Team Member
If you want to hire or contract directly with someone from our team, ask us in writing first. We can approve it, decline it, or set conditions. An approved hire costs you nothing.
Hiring a Team Member without our prior written approval costs $10,000 per person. We agree that figure in advance because our loss when a trained Team Member leaves is real but hard to calculate precisely, so it is liquidated damages rather than a penalty.
Nothing is owed where Launch suggested the arrangement in the first place. This applies only to Team Members who have worked directly on your projects, and not to your general public job postings unless you invited one of our Team Members to apply.
These amounts are published here rather than written into your contract, so they can be kept current without amending your agreement. We give at least thirty (30) days' written notice before any material change. The terms behind them live in sections 5, 11 and 19 of the Master Services Agreement. Where your own plan agreement sets a different figure, that agreement controls.
