We Build With AI
Every Day.
Now We'll Build With You.

Launch Industries is a Seattle, Washington consultancy that runs Claude as a core part of how we build software, run operations, and serve clients. AI Lab brings that same practice to your business: custom implementation, embedded automation, and hands-on training.

This isn't theoretical. Our own phone system, scheduling tools, and internal automations run on the exact process and tooling described below. We're not proposing to start using AI, we already have, and we can bring that experience to your team.

Our Process

How We Build With Claude

A four-step methodology we use internally on every AI project, from a single automation to a full custom tool. We treat Claude the way we'd treat a sharp engineer joining the team: give it a clear brief, review its work, and keep building.

01

Ideate

We sit down with your team and map the actual bottleneck: the report nobody has time to write, the intake form that goes nowhere, the question your team answers the same way twenty times a week.

02

Document

Before any code gets written, we document the workflow, the data it touches, and the guardrails it needs. This becomes the brief Claude works from, and the reference your team keeps after we're done.

03

Tech Stack

We pick the right layer for the job: a Claude-powered feature inside a tool you already use, a scoped internal agent, or a standalone workflow. Right-sized, not over-built.

04

Build

We build it with Claude Code, the same way we build our own internal tools, then hand it off with documentation and training so it survives past the first demo.

We also run this internally, on a schedule. Our team holds a standing recurring AI systems training so the skill keeps spreading, past engineers to project managers, bookkeepers, and admin staff.

Proof, Not Promises

What We've Actually Built

These are live, in production, either running our own operations or built for clients. Not concepts.

AI-Powered Phone Systems

A full phone system built on Claude, Twilio, and ElevenLabs: call screening, dial-by-name, voicemail transcription and translation, all running on infrastructure we designed and maintain ourselves.

Scheduling & Ops Tools

Internal scheduling tools we built to replace paid SaaS subscriptions, tuned to how our own team actually works, then handed to clients who had the same problem.

Document & Data Extraction

AI that reads a PDF, a scanned check, or an intake form and turns it into structured data automatically, no manual re-keying.

Scoped Client Assistants

Chat assistants scoped to one client's own data, with explicit guardrails so it never sees or leaks another client's information.

Internal Knowledge Assistants

AI that answers questions from a company's own documentation instead of a shared drive nobody can search, built for clients who were manually copy-pasting files into an AI chat window every week.

Workflow Automation Agents

Agents that draft business descriptions, auto-fill project records, and triage inboxes, freeing up hours that used to go to repetitive writing and data entry.

Brand Design Systems

Token-based brand systems, colors, type, spacing, and components encoded so Claude and Codex can generate on-brand work directly instead of guessing from a static PDF.

Knowledge Base Portals for SOPs

Company SOPs and internal docs living in a searchable portal instead of a stack of Google Docs nobody can find, with Claude reviewing entries and flagging what's gone stale.

Centralized Databases

One shared source of truth instead of the same numbers copied into five spreadsheets, migrated, cleaned, and kept in sync with Claude doing the heavy lifting.

Proposals & RFP Systems

Proposal and RFP generation that pulls from your own project history instead of starting from a blank template every time.

Presentations & Reports

Client-ready decks and reports generated from real data instead of built by hand slide by slide.

Project Plan Guides

Structured project plans and onboarding guides auto-filled from a freeform brief, so a new project starts organized instead of scattered across someone's notes.

What AI Lab Covers

Four ways to work with us, from a single build to an ongoing capability inside your own team.

AI Implementation

We design and build the actual system: a Claude-powered feature, an internal tool, or an automation connecting the apps you already use. Delivered and documented, not just recommended.

AI-Powered Operations

Claude embedded directly into your daily workflows: drafting, summarizing, research, and reporting. Custom agents for inbox triage and document processing, with guardrails for client data and brand voice.

AI Team Training

Hands-on training so your team can actually build with Claude, not just chat with it. The same onboarding we use to bring new hires, regardless of role, up to speed on Claude Code.

AI Client Education Cohorts

Recurring small-group coaching for business owners who want to use AI in their own operations. Built and run for cannabis and food-business clients; adaptable to any industry.

2027 Cohort · Starts January 2, 2027 · 8 seats

Want Us Embedded In Your Team For a Year?

The Agency-Wide Digital Transformation Cohort is the deepest version of AI Lab: a 12-month program where we join your team to build your own database, design system, trained AI, and automation layer, the same way we built ours. Limited to 8 agencies, applications open now.

Guardrails, Built In

Every assistant or automation we build is scoped before it ever touches client data: what it can read, what it can write, and how its activity is logged. Client-facing assistants are built so one client's data never leaks into another's context.

We use enterprise-grade AI providers so your data isn't used for model training, and we follow least-privilege access on every credential and integration we set up, the same standard we hold our own internal tools to.

Why Businesses Choose Launch for AI

We Use What We Sell

Our own phone system, scheduler, and internal tools run on Claude. When we recommend an approach, it's one we've already staked our own operations on.

Documented, Not Just Deployed

Every build ships with the same documentation we keep for ourselves, so it doesn't become a black box the moment we hand it off.

AI Fluency Across Roles

We've onboarded team members with no engineering background onto Claude Code and had them shipping real fixes in their first session. We can do the same for your team.

Frequently Asked

AI Lab FAQ

Is this different from your Technology service?

Technology covers your broader software stack: selecting tools, wiring up integrations, general automation. AI Lab is the deep end of the pool: building with Claude directly, whether that's a custom internal tool, an embedded AI feature, or training your team to build alongside us.

Do you actually build with AI, or just recommend it?

We build with it daily. Our own phone system, scheduling tools, and internal automations run on Claude. When we bring AI into a client engagement, it's the same tooling and process we use ourselves, not a slide deck.

Will AI have access to our sensitive data?

Only what we explicitly scope it to see. Every assistant we build is designed with guardrails from day one: what it can read, what it can write, and how activity is logged, before any client data is involved.

What does an AI Lab engagement cost?

It depends on scope. A focused automation build starts in the low thousands. Team training and ongoing AI-powered operations support typically run as a monthly retainer. We give a fixed-fee quote after a free discovery call.

Can you train our team instead of just building for us?

Yes, and we'd recommend it if your team wants to keep building after we leave. We've onboarded people with zero engineering background onto Claude Code and had them shipping real fixes within their first session.

What if we're not ready for a full AI build?

Start with training or a single automation. Most of what we've built started as one workflow: a phone system, a scheduler, a document parser, that later grew into a broader system.

Ready to Build With AI?

A free discovery call. Tell us the workflow that's eating your team's time, and we'll tell you honestly whether AI is the right fix for it.
