Amber Cole

Amber Cole is an Operations and Compliance professional with more than 20+ years of experience in financial systems, vendor and contract management, and regulatory compliance. She founded Tangletown Holdings, LLC (dba Walla Walla Cannabis Company) in 2014 as one of Washington State's first I-502 licensed cannabis retailers, growing it into a $1.5M to $2.2M annual revenue business, and co-founded Cole-Armstrong, LLC, a retail and hospitality consulting practice.

Her career began at New Leaf Enterprises, where she helped scale the company from 3 to 40 employees and led the Leaf of Hope Program supporting families of children with severe epilepsy. She brings firsthand expertise in I-502 regulations, Leaf Data Systems, and WSLCB compliance, along with precision, discretion, and a talent for bringing structure to high-stakes environments.
