Charlotte Brathwaite

Charlotte 'Lotta' Brathwaite is a Seattle-based cannabis operations and compliance consultant with more than 20 years of experience across retail, logistics, and healthcare. She is the owner of The Bakersmen Collective, LLC, where she leads brand development, marketing, and community engagement, and currently serves as General Manager of Nimbin Seattle, a medically endorsed cannabis retailer. Her cannabis career spans store management, inventory and logistics, and patient-facing consulting at retailers including Remedy Tulalip, The Vault, and PRC Edmonds, giving her hands-on command of Washington's regulatory environment, WAC compliance, and point-of-sale and inventory systems such as Greenbits and POSaBit. Charlotte holds a Washington State Medical Cannabis Consultant Certification along with credentials from the Trichome Institute and Green Flower. She helps social equity applicants plan, launch, and operate compliant, community-centered cannabis businesses.
