Rebecca Weaver is the Founder and CEO of HRuprise, a modern HR consulting firm that helps organizations build stronger workplaces through practical, people-centered solutions.
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Rebecca partners with businesses, nonprofits, and public sector organizations to navigate complex employee relations, workplace investigations, leadership development, compliance, and organizational change.
Known for her direct, approachable style, she has led hundreds of workplace investigations, coached executives through high-stakes employee issues, and guided organizations in building policies that foster accountability, trust, and inclusion. Before founding HRuprise in 2018, she held senior HR roles at Target, The Home Depot, Rational Interaction, and Downtown Project.
