Ryan K. Taylor is a seasoned management consultant who helps businesses win and manage public sector work. He has led strategic planning and organizational change initiatives for public agencies and small businesses, managed high-value statewide contracts, and run community engagement projects. Through his firm, Golden Gift Consulting, he works with diverse business enterprises navigating government procurement and infrastructure opportunities.
