Most business consulting firms were not built for you.

They were built for companies that already have a legal department, a CFO, and an HR team in place. Their pricing, their minimum engagement sizes, and their intake processes quietly signal who they are willing to serve. If your business has fewer than 50 people, most of them would rather you call back when you are bigger.

We think that is backwards.

The businesses that fuel our communities, the ones started by a founder with a notebook full of ideas, the neighborhood shops, the food entrepreneurs, the cannabis operators navigating a system stacked against them, the nonprofits doing more with less, they need more support per dollar, not less. They deserve the same quality of professional operations support that Fortune 500 companies take for granted, delivered in a way that actually fits.

What We Actually Do Differently

We could tell you about our credentials. We could tell you about our 36,000+ hours of support delivered to more than 1,100 organizations since 2022. Those numbers matter, but they do not capture the thing that actually makes us different.

Here is what different looks like in practice:

• You book 50 minutes but only need 22? We turn off the timer. Your time is yours. You do not owe us the rest of the hour.
• You have an emergency and cannot make it? We reschedule. No fees, no frustration, no questions asked.
• You do not show up? We reach out within a few minutes. We assume you are having trouble connecting, because that is almost always true. We assume the best about you, every time.
• You do not know how to read a P&L? That is OK. We will explain it in plain language, every time, until it clicks. There is no such thing as a dumb question here.
• We go where other firms will not. Cannabis entrepreneurs, TA program participants, food startups, nonprofits on a shoestring. The businesses that get turned away elsewhere are often our best clients, because they know what it means to have a real partner in their corner.
• We work with you on Zoom so you can see us and we can see you. We screen share to show you exactly what we mean, instead of leaving things conceptual. And if you are in Seattle, Sacramento, or another city where we have team members, we are happy to meet in person when it works.
• We build alongside you. Workflows, tools, automations, and systems that fit how you actually work. We run our own operations on the same infrastructure we build for clients, so when we recommend something, we know it works.

These are not policies written in a handbook. They are the natural result of actually caring about the person on the other side of the meeting.

One Contract. Everything You Need.

Under one contract, one relationship, one point of contact, our clients access bookkeeping, payroll, HR, registered agent services, technology automation, marketing, operations consulting, financial planning, and organization development. We do not make you stitch together seven vendors and then coordinate between them yourself. We hold the thread.

We also offer free weekly business classes every Friday at noon, because we believe that education should not be gated behind a consulting engagement. If you want to learn, come learn.
