How the Doctegrity Prescription Plans Work
Every Doctegrity member gets a prescription discount card. The two add-on plans go further and bring the price of covered medications to $0. Which one you want depends on whether you need medicine occasionally or every month.
Benefits Plus: about 700 acute medications, same-day pickup
For the medicine you need right now: antibiotics, antivirals, allergy and asthma medications, pain and anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids, stomach and nausea medicine, eye and ear drops, creams. Covered medications are $0 up to $150 per medication. Your doctor, including a Doctegrity doctor, sends the prescription to any of 65,000+ participating pharmacies and you pick it up the same day. Benefits Plus covers the enrolled member only and has no mail order.
Rx Plus: about 4,000 medications, pickup or free mail order
The full formulary, including maintenance medications for conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid and diabetes. Covered medications are $0 up to $150 per medication per month; insulin is a $10 copay. Pick up locally or have ongoing medications mailed to your door at no charge. Rx Plus comes in a single-member version and a family version that covers your household.
How to use it
Your Rx card lives in the Doctegrity app under the Doctegrity Rx Program tile; show it at the pharmacy. The code on the card tells the pharmacist your plan: RX01 is Rx Plus, RX02 is Benefits Plus. For mail order, submit the Mail Order Pharmacy form in the app, one medication per request, and the pharmacy transfers the prescription or contacts your doctor for a new one, usually within a day. If a doctor's office asks where to send a mail-order prescription, the pharmacy is ProCare Pharmacy Care, 2850 North Commerce Parkway, Miramar, FL 33025, phone (800) 662-0586, fax (800) 662-0590.
Is my medication covered?
Search both formularies on the telehealth page before you decide. If a medication is not on your plan's list, show the Rx card anyway; the discount card often still lowers the price.
Common questions
Can my family use Benefits Plus?
No. Benefits Plus is for the enrolled member only. The family version of Rx Plus is the plan that covers household members' prescriptions.
Is there a quantity limit?
No stated 30-day or 90-day limit. The cap is $150 per medication, per month on Rx Plus.
How fast does mail order ship?
Once the pharmacy has the prescription, orders processed before 2 PM Central ship the same day; otherwise the next business day.
