What if everyone on your team, and everyone they live with, could talk to a doctor anytime, day or night, for twenty dollars per month?
This is a telehealth benefit, and it is available through a company called Doctegrity. Launch Industries started using Doctegrity for our own team in early 2025 and liked it so much that we signed on as a reseller, so we can offer it to our clients, their teams, their contractors, and their families.
How it works. Board-certified physicians are available twenty-four seven by phone or video. Using the app, you request a call, and a doctor calls you back within two hours. Appointments can also be scheduled for a future date and time as needed. They can diagnose you, prescribe medication if needed, and send the prescription straight to your local pharmacy. Services are available in English and Spanish.
Mental health services are included too. Members can talk with a licensed counselor: four sessions per issue with the same therapist, a thirty-minute intake and then three one-hour sessions, with no limit on the number of issues. Unlike an on-demand call with a Doctegrity doctor, calls with a therapist must always be scheduled in advance.
Members also get life coaching, nutrition counseling, financial and legal consultations, and a smoking cessation program. This kind of benefit is often called an EAP, or employee assistance program, but you do not have to be an employee to use it. It is for every member.
And here are three extras everyone loves. LifeVitals reads your heart rate, blood pressure, and stress level from a quick selfie in the app. No hardware needed. Need lab work? Order it yourself through Quest Diagnostics at up to eighty percent off, with a physician reviewing your results. And the Perks marketplace unlocks discounts at more than fifty-five thousand retailers.
Here is the best part. Each enrolled member can add their entire household, up to six people at the same address, with no additional monthly fees, no copays, and no surprise bills.
It is important to know that Doctegrity is not health insurance. It does not cover emergency rooms, urgent care, or deeper medical problems. It is for acute issues where you need to talk to someone right away, like flu, rashes, coughs, earaches, or urinary tract infections. Doctegrity does not report to your insurer, and it works alongside any health plan, or none at all.
Even if you do have health insurance, people love Doctegrity as a supplemental benefit, because it is fast and affordable, with no copays. Employers can add it for people who may not qualify for insurance, like part-time employees or contractors. And companies that cannot afford to pay for health insurance can often afford this. Plus, you do not need an employer to offer it. We offer Doctegrity to the general public too. If you want this plan, you can sign yourself up. You do not need anyone's permission.
Now, pricing. The price depends on whether you want the basics, or prescriptions as well. The Standard benefit is twenty dollars per month, for telehealth, EAP services, LifeVitals, Perks, and prescription discounts.
From there, you can add prescription coverage in two forms. Benefits Plus covers about seven hundred commonly prescribed acute medications, free for same-day pickup at your local pharmacy. Rx Plus covers a full formulary of about four thousand medications, including maintenance medications for conditions like high cholesterol and high blood pressure, with free mail-order delivery. Rx Plus comes in a single or a family version.
Even at the highest level of coverage, which is all of the services we have discussed so far, plus the full set of about four thousand prescriptions for you and your whole family, the cost per member is just forty-five dollars per month. That is not forty-five dollars per household member. Remember, household members are free. So just forty-five dollars, total, for all of this and more. And speaking of more, there is one more thing we have not discussed yet: your furry friends.
With eVets, every pet in the house gets a vet available twenty-four seven through virtual appointments. It is just fifteen dollars per month. That covers dogs, cats, birds, even farm animals, whether you have one pet or twenty. It might even cover your favorite neighborhood raccoon.
Getting started is simple. Your organization registers with Launch, or you can register as an individual. Then each person fills out a short form. Sign up by the twenty-second, and coverage starts on the first of the next month. And once you have access, you can add your family members right through the app.
