For individuals
Sign Up for Doctegrity Yourself, No Employer Needed
Launch offers Doctegrity to the general public, not only to our clients' teams. If you are self-employed, between jobs, a freelancer, a student or simply want a doctor you can reach at 11 PM, you can sign yourself up. You do not need anyone's permission.
What you get
The same membership employers buy: doctors 24/7 by phone or video, counseling, the EAP extras, LifeVitals, lab discounts, the Perks marketplace and a prescription discount card, for $20 a month. Add a prescription plan or eVets if you want them. Everyone living at your address, up to six people, is included at no extra cost.
How to sign up
Choose Individual on the sign-up page, fill in the short form, and pick your plan. Sign up by the 22nd and coverage starts on the 1st of the next month. Doctegrity emails your invitation that day; check spam if you do not see it. Add household members yourself inside the app once you are in.
Cancel any time
It is a monthly membership. Cancel with notice and it ends at the end of the billing month. No contract, no underwriting, no questions about pre-existing conditions.
Common questions
Do I need to be in Washington?
No. Doctegrity is nationwide. Doctors are licensed by state and prescriptions go to any U.S. pharmacy.
Is there an age limit?
Telemedicine is for ages 2 and up. Children are added as household members by the primary member.
What if I later join a company that offers it?
Tell us and we move your membership under their group, so nothing lapses.
